Return & Refund Policy

We at Ananta Fashion Studio are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how our return and refund process works:


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact
  • Product is not from the “Final Sale” or “No Return” category

Please note: Suits that are customized, altered, or stitched on request are not eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 97116 52708 within 7 days of receiving the order
  2. Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship it back

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and quality-checked, your refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (or via UPI for COD orders)
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will request your UPI/Bank details for the refund

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Option

Want a different size or product? We offer easy exchanges based on availability. Just mention it while requesting the return.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll ensure a replacement is arranged promptly.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products on sale or clearance
  • Customized/stitched suits
  • Items returned after 7 days without prior approval
